About The Chef
Award-Winning Chef Patsy Walker
A native Californian, Chef Patsy attended the culinary Institute of America at Greystone, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in the U.S. She served at several restaurants in Europe and the U.S., working her way up to Executive Chef before opening reverb bistro.

Reverb serves only the finest wild-caught, sustainable seafood in creative and unique dishes, sure to highlight its premium quality and wow the palate. Our menu is seasonal and market-driven, changing regularly based on what is available to our local farmers and suppliers.
